Marriage Mentoring

In this ministry, a more experienced couple is matched with a couple who is in need of support. We believe that this is a great concept, especially given the fact that marriages are under such relentless attack.

 

Mentor couples are not couples who have it all together, no one does. A mentor couple need not know anything, except perhaps be willing to share form your own experience. "Here is what happened to us," and "We went through the same thing and here is how the Lord worked." Statements like these have an enormous impact because they are packed full of reality, sincerity, and vulnerability. Nothing made up, no religious or self-righteous pretense, just the raw, real world display of the reconciling power of God who loves us, working in marriages and in our lives.
